Zohair Alam is an Actor and dancer, his passion for performing runs in his blood, finding expression in the magical world of Performing Arts. Zohair has had an interest for the arts ever since he was a little kid. Zohair officially started acting in middle school.
He has been actively involved in theatre from the age of 15, at Hightower High School where he has acted and won many awards as a Actor and Director working inr the following plays under the Direction of Denise Ellis, a graduate of Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas where she obtained her B.A. in Theatre Arts. She is also a playwright, director, and a member of Poseidon's Playhouse.Zohair has won awards for the following Plays.

His whole life he was into Bollywood, but could never find a platform to express his love for it, until he found Naach, when he saw their production" Kismat" in 2014. Zohair joined Naach in the Fall of 2014 and ever since has been developing his performance skills under the expert Direction of Mahesh Mahbubani the Artistic Director of Naach. His first major stage performance was at the Miller Outdoor theater In 2015 , where he played a major role as one of the lead character in Naach Houston's mega production KARMA, to an audience of 7000 people.
In 2016 he was awarded a scholarship at Naach and currently is an intern as an assistant dance instructor with Mahesh Mahbubani teaching the kids batch and Pre teens Batch. He continues to pursue his love of acting and dreams of working in Bollywood.
Zohair is currently doing his Bachelors in Supply Chain Management at University of Houston, Texas.
