Anita Vyas

Anita has loved to dance from the time she was a little girl and has choreographed and performed various dance forms such as garba, folk, Bollywood and modern in college. Inspired by her mother who is a classically trained dancer, Anita believes that dance comes from within; one can dance irrespective of age and if there is true passion then nothing can stop you.

Anita has been a part of Naach Houston since 2012. She started as a student in Naach and performed with the team for Timeless at the Miller Outdoor Theatre in September 2012. In 2013 she was appointed as the web and graphic designer for Naach and started handing web design, all in-house graphics and marketing materials for the company.   

Anita has since then performed in most of Naach's performances and shows.

She graduated with a doctorate in Learning, Design and Technology from the University of Houston in Dec 2017 and is now a Senior Instructional Designer at Baylor College of Medicine.
